Hacking LinkedIns notifications to seek new volunteers.

Idea

While people see bankers as money-grabbing people, thousands of ABN AMRO employees volunteer outside of work to help unprivileged children. That’s why we made the volunteers change their LinkedIn title, causing visibility and notifications at their whole network.

Resulting in a lot of new applicants as volunteer to help more children in the coming years. And reaching thousands of people outside of the bank with an internal campaign, highlighting ABN AMRO as a socially responsible bank.
