We turned Black Friday around and made a sustainable statement on the most commercial day of the year.

Idea
Instead of buying we asked customers to bring back used IKEA products. Stuff that would otherwise be thrown away. We refurbished and sold them again for a reduced price. In the campaign we used old CCTV footage and reversed them, showing raging people returning products.
